Shippment Method
1. Kids cars normally are shipped in FCL(Full Container Load) by customer's shipping agent;
2. If customers have no shipping agent in China, our shipping agent also could help ship FCL for customers.
3. If customers have shipping agent in China, it is ok to ship LCL(Less than Container Load) to Chinese address.
4. For sample, the shipping cost is 2-3 times more than the product price, if customers can accept it, we also could arrange it.

Shippment Method
1. Normally we will offer 1% free normal easy damaged spare parts for full container in advance;
2. Batteries and motors of kids cars have one year warranty, low-value consumption goods is not within the scope of the warranty;
3. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
4. If really some parts are damaged when received, pls send us pictures and videos about the detail problem within 7 days after received. Once confirmed the problem, we will replace unqualified parts with new ones;
5. It is free to send replacements with new containers, if sending seperately by express, there will be shipping fee charged by shipping company.
