Product Description
In the aeration of water (air oxidation), the gases oxygen and nitrogen compete with each other due to their different partial pressures. The maximum oxygen saturation is therefore limited to approx. 12 mg/l (8°C) or 10 mg/l (15°C) depending on the temperature of the air (the higher the temperature, the lower the oxygen saturation).
When using oxygen or technically produced oxygen with a concentration of 93 - 95%,
* up to 4.5 times higher saturation can be achieved,
* energy-intensive mixing systems and large oxidiser tanks can be omitted,
* better oxidation is achieved,
* the venting systems can be dimensioned considerably smaller.
For this reason, we only use technical oxygen for oxygen enrichment. This is generated in high quality directly on site by means of oxygen generators. The gas mixture is finely filtered through several graduated filters and contains only a small amount of nitrogen. The correct quantity is dosed by means of mass flow controllers.

CAN GAS Oxygen PSA Generators separates oxygen (O2) from compressed air utilizing pressure swing adsorption technology. Compressed air, which consists of approximately 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen, is passed through a bed of zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). The sieve preferentially adsorbs N2 and moisture over O2 allowing the O2 to pass through as a product gas at pressure. While one of the towers is in the adsorption phase the other tower is regenerated by de-pressurizing, at which time the sieve releases the adsorbed gases to the atmosphere, and the cycle is then repeated.
A solid state programmable controller operates the process valves on an alternating cycle, with built-in logic for automatic
stop/start. Oxygen flow and purity remain constant regardless of the peak usage demands. Under normal operating conditions and with correct maintenance the zeolite molecular sieve will have an almost indefinite lifetime.

Warranty: PERIOD of warranty is 18 months after shipment or 12 months after commissioning, whichever occurs first. It is
responsible for CANGAS to analysis, answer breakdowns for users all through the working life of CANGAS oxygen generator. Engineer can be sent on-site for free after-service service if necessary. Please refer to Warranty terms for more information.
Installation & Commissioning & Training: CANGAS service engineer is available to instruct the installation and start up of this plant (6 days at job site with service fee or remotely).If job site service is needed the buyer should prepare flights,
accommodation, food and local transportation for CANGAS service engineer.
