Q1: What's the material of your bags?
A:We mainly produce cotton shopping bag and cotton canvas bag ranging from 100gsm to 24oz. Including normal cotton, BCI cotton, Recycled cotton,Organic cotton; cotton bag, canvas bag, cotton pouch, cotton apron and all kinds of daily-use products made of cotton fabric. We are member of BCI and Oeko-tex standard 100. Cotton yarn we used are both from domestic China market and abroad like India, Pakistan and etc. We also produce non woven bag, lamination bag, jute bag, polyester bag and etc.
Q2:Could you provide some samples? How many days?
A: Yes, it is our pleasure to provide our stock samples for you to study the printing and sewing workamanship within 3 days.
Q3:Logo and design?
A:Once our quatation confirmed and you need sampling, pls send your logo in ai or pdf format. Usually sampling lead time is 5-7 days.
Q4:What's your payment term?
A:L/C at sight; TT 30% deposit in advance, the balance at sight of B/L .
Q5:It is our first cooperation, how can you ensure your quality?
A:We have professional QC team. Our auditor will start details from raw material purchase to final production. We also accepted inspection done by the third party.
Q6:After-sale service?
A:We are available for any issues arising from our goods. Including method of usage, quantity, quality, claim from final buyers and etc. Customer will receive our professional reply within short time.
