1. What does your company do?
We produce professional audio and stage Lighting for middle and large-scale stage performance.
We also provide speaker drivers, truss, wireless mic, amp, mixer, processor, removable stage, LED screens for events and shows.

2. Do you have production factory?

Yes, we have 1 empty sound box workshop, 1 complete audio production workshop, and 1 stage lighting workshop, 60 full-time staffs, 2 sound engineers and 2 lighting engineers with more than 20 years experience in the pro audio&lighting industry. We asssemble the speakers and lights ourself, all products produced by us are high quality and durable use.

3. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Guangzhou, baiyun district.

4. How long is the warranty of your products?
We offer 1 year warranty and life-time after-sale service for the products.
If speaker parts damaged during warranty, we offer free parts for replacement, the buyer will pay the shipping cost, if parts damaged out of warranty, the buyer pay the parts and shipping cost.

5. Do you offer additional parts together with shipping?
Yes, we offer some neceaary small parts within shipping, so that the buyer can do replacement in case of emergency, usually the speakers can be lasted 3-5 years if protects well, under normal case, the lights can also be used for several years.

6. What is your turnaround time for samples and mass production?
Sample takes about 5-7 days.
Mass production takes about 10-20 days.

7. Do you offer logo printing service?
We accept OEM and ODM service,customer can add their logo.
Usually print logo on flight cases is free.
Usually add metal logo on speaker requires logo mould fee.
Add logo on lights is free.
