2.  Is there a minimum order quantity?

3.  How to pay for my order?

Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by T/T Bank Transfer, RazorPay,or PayPal, a +7% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose PayPal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Is there any Hair Shedding or Tangling? What kinds of hair care products I should use?

There is no shedding and no tangling in any of our products. It could last more than two years if taken good care. Hair mostly gets tangled when they become too dry. This problem could be solved if the hair are washed and conditioned once a week. Treat the hair just as it is your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly.

5.  Is the Hair Unprocessed?

Yes, the hair is cut from a single donor that are fully cuticle aligned and are free from any chemical processing.

6. Can the hair be dyed or colored? Is it heat resistant?

It can be dyed or colored. Our hair are 100% natural hair so they can be straightened or curled with a heating tool. Please don’t exceed 150 degree celsius for flat iron, else the hair will get damaged.

7. How long would delivery take?

The shipping transit time usually is 4 – 6 days to USA, within 3-4 days to Europe, 7-10 days to African countries. These are only the estimate time frame we get from DHL/ Aramex/ UPS. Kindly don’t hold us accountable for any delay in shipping caused by the delivery company.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

 We at Oriental Hairs do accept return and exchange if the package hasn't been modified and returned in the same condition as it was sent.

9- Will I receive my refund?

Refund is only available on the product. All the shipping and extra charges will be borne by the customer in order to return any product.
