Our policies help build and maintain users' trust in the company's global trading platform, and are an important foundation for helping products be sold around the world. If you follow the policy, your store can participate in various programs offered by the company.


As a gentle reminder, corporate merchants must comply with the Merchant Services Terms and Agreement (and any additional terms and policies set forth in the Merchant Services Terms and Agreement). In addition to the actions that the Company may take when a merchant violates the following Company policies, other remedies against the Company as set forth in the Merchant Service Terms and Agreement will also apply.

Merchant should always provide true and accurate information to Company

Merchant should always provide true and accurate information to Company. The information provided by merchants on the company platform should be true and accurate. Product detail pages should be true and accurate, including but not limited to product images, inventory, and pricing. Product images should accurately depict the product being sold. Product descriptions should not include content that does not match the product image.

Users expect to receive ordered products as soon as possible and purchase suitable products. Merchants should ensure that users receive the products they ordered as soon as possible and ensure the quantity of goods in the store


You must agree to the following

1.1

The information provided when registering an account must be true and accurate

The information provided during registration must be accurate, true and correct. Registration information includes, but is not limited to, the merchant’s identity information, identification documents, and the country in which the merchant is located.


If the company suspects that the information provided by the merchant when registering is inaccurate, untrue or incorrect, the merchant may face account freezing, funds being withheld or frozen, users being blocked, accounts being terminated or blocked, or account use or access being compromised. other restrictions, and the merchant's receivables may also be confiscated or withheld by the company until/unless the merchant provides evidence (including but not limited to the merchant's identity information, business establishment or registration documents, government-issued identity documents and /or other certificates about the country where the merchant is located, etc.) to prove that the merchant's registration information is accurate, authentic and correct.


In addition, if any promotion or commercial terms provided by the Company to the Merchant are based on inaccurate, untrue or incorrect registration information provided by the Merchant, the Company shall have the right to recover (through deductions, forfeiture of funds or other means) due to the inaccurate, untrue or incorrect registration information provided by the Merchant. , untrue or incorrect information resulting in the company giving merchants promotions or business terms but not receiving any payment.


There is a company's real-name user guarantee, and customers do not need to upload identity information. Just make sure the store name and merchant store logo.

1.2

There can only be one account per entity

Each entity may only have one Merchant Account, unless otherwise authorized by Company.


If any company or individual has multiple unauthorized Merchant Accounts, all of its Merchant Accounts may be subject to freeze, ban, or other consequences as set forth in the Merchant Terms of Service.


1.3

ERP partners and private server APIs are subject to the Partner Terms of Service

ERP partners and merchants using private server APIs on the Company platform are bound by the API Terms of Service.

1.4

Merchants must properly protect user data

If a merchant fails to properly protect users' personal information and data, it may incur penalties such as heavy compensation, freezing and/or termination of services.


Examples of failure to properly protect user information and data include, but are not limited to:

2.1

The information provided when uploading products must be accurate

If a merchant provides inaccurate product information, the product may be removed, the merchant may be deemed to be in violation, and their account may be frozen or banned.


2.2

It is strictly prohibited to list duplicate products

Listing of multiple identical products is strictly prohibited. Products of the same size must be listed as one product. Duplicate products may not be uploaded. If a merchant uploads duplicate products, the products will be removed and their account will be frozen.


2.3

Change product details page

If a merchant modifies the product details page (such as product name, description, pictures), the modification must comply with the company's policies (including but not limited to policies related to prohibited items, counterfeit goods, and intellectual property infringement). Products that violate Company policies will be removed, all payments may be withheld or forfeited, and merchant accounts may be frozen.


The company prohibits tampering with existing products into new products by modifying the details page. Merchants who violate this policy will risk a violation warning and the merchant's Company Standards level will be adversely affected. Repeated violations may result in the Company freezing or terminating the Merchant's account.


Violations can only be appealed and approved within 90 calendar days from the date the violation was created. If the violation appeal is not approved within 90 calendar days from the date the violation was created, the violation will not be revoked.


Any product modifications described in this policy may result in the product being reviewed to determine whether there are counterfeits or intellectual property infringement. During the product review period, the product can be sold normally. If a merchant modifies a product and the product is found to violate company policies, the product will be removed and all payments will be withheld. Merchant accounts may also receive violations and/or account freezes.


2.4

Banned, non-compliant and/or substandard or defective products

As a merchant, you are responsible for ensuring that your products and product listings comply with all applicable mandatory product standards and legal requirements in the regions you ship to and from, and that your products and product listings comply with all local or national laws, regulations, and product compliance and/or safety regulations. You are also responsible for complying with all local or regional laws relating to non-conforming products, including, without limitation, respecting and processing consumer returns and refunds under any such laws relating to non-conforming products.


Merchants who violate this policy, or sell substandard, defective, or non-compliant products, or list banned or restricted products, may face violation warnings, product removal, or store or account in a specific region or platform. Being frozen or banned, the company's Standards level being adversely affected, and other reasonable measures permitted by applicable laws and deemed necessary by the company. Without limiting any other remedies, the Company reserves the right to restrict, freeze or ban anyone who repeatedly violates this policy, or otherwise sells substandard, defective or non-compliant products, or lists banned or restricted products. Merchant.

The same product detail page must not contain products that are too different.

If a merchant uploads products that are too different on the same product details page, the product will be removed and the account will be at risk of being frozen.

We reserve the right to remove products that violate this product differentiation policy.


2.6

Prices for all variants of the same product should be reasonable and not significantly different. If the price difference between the product variants listed by the merchant is too large and does not match the product, the product will be removed from the shelves and the account may be frozen.

2.7

Misleading product and detail pages

A product may be deemed misleading if the product image, title, description, price, variations and/or the description of the product actually received by the user is unclear, inconsistent or inaccurate. Images, titles, descriptions, prices, and variations used to promote products should clearly and accurately reflect the products being sold.


If a product or product variant is found to be misleading, the merchant risks violation warnings, product removal, adverse impact on Standards levels, 100% refund liability for orders of misleading products, and as permitted by applicable law. Other reasonable measures the company deems necessary to take. Repeated violations may result in the Company freezing or terminating the Merchant's account.


Violations can only be appealed and approved within 90 calendar days from the date the violation was created. If the violation appeal is not approved within 90 calendar days from the date the violation was created, the violation will not be revoked.


2.8

Excessive price increases are prohibited for the same product

Product prices and/or shipping charges for non-promotional products may be increased by up to $10.00* or 100% of the original price, whichever is greater, during the one-week adjustment period. For a given product, this price limit applies individually to the product unit price and shipping charges.


2.9

Manipulate review and rating policies

The Company strictly prohibits untrue and unfair user reviews or ratings of products or stores, as well as user reviews or ratings that do not accurately reflect the user's true purchasing experience or experience with products, services or merchant business, whether they are good, medium or poor. Comment. Any attempt to manipulate user comments and/or ratings may result in relevant measures being taken by Wish and/or third-party regulators, which may in turn have serious policy and legal consequences. Third-party regulators have the right to take actions permitted by applicable laws or regulations. Legal action, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.


In addition to deleting such manipulative comments and/or delisting related products, merchants that violate this policy will also face violation warnings, the merchant's Standards level will be negatively affected, and the merchant's name and other related information may also be publicly disclosed. The Company may also seek compensation from relevant offending merchants, manufacturers, brand owners and/or users, partially or fully freeze or block merchant and/or user accounts, and/or withhold or confiscate funds that should be paid to merchants.


If you suspect that there is manipulation of comments or ratings, or any other violation of relevant policies, we encourage you to inform us immediately through the company platform customer service. We will investigate further and take appropriate action as necessary.




2.10

Product reference price policy

Merchants may provide comparison prices or reference prices (“MSRP”) when creating product detail pages. The MSRP field is not required. If a Merchant chooses to complete the MSRP field ("Reference Price"), each Reference Price must comply with this policy. The reference price must be true and not misleading, and the numbers provided by the merchant on the product details page must be the true reference price. The price may be: (a) the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) or a similar list price for the product; (b) the price at which the merchant has sold the product within a reasonable recent period.

3 product promotions

The merchant promotion platform is a product promotion tool provided by the company to merchants. Such Merchant Promotions are subject to any rules or conditions communicated to the Merchant by Company. If a product's price, availability, or details are inaccurate, the related product may not be eligible for the promotion and the merchant may face certain consequences as set forth in the following policies or the Company's Merchant Terms of Service.


3.1

Eligibility requirements

Merchant Promotion Platform Co., Ltd. Standards levels are for platinum, gold and silver merchants. Depending on the promotion type selected, ineligible products will be excluded from the promotion.


3.2

Modify the price

Promotional product prices are prohibited from being raised too high.


Merchants can increase product prices before promotions, provided that the discounted price is lower than the lowest product price in the past 30 calendar days. For promotional products, this price limit applies individually to the product price.


Shipping charges for promotional products are prohibited from being increased too high.


Merchants can modify product shipping costs before starting a promotion, but the shipping costs during promotions cannot increase by more than 30% compared to the lowest shipping cost in the past 30 calendar days. For promotional products, this price limit applies separately to product shipping charges.


After the promotion is approved, product prices and shipping charges are not allowed to be modified.


3.3

Modify product details page

Editing of promotional product names, descriptions and images is strictly prohibited.


3.4

Modify variant

Merchants are not allowed to add new size/color variants to promotional products.


3.5

yellow diamond badge

Products with yellow diamond badges on the merchant platform (whether participating in promotions or not) are products that we determine are popular among users based on product sales.


All restrictions on promotional products set forth in the Product Promotion Policy also apply to Yellow Diamond Products.


3.6

Limited time promotion schedule

The company will select the best date and time for the merchant's limited-time promotion activities based on the products that the merchant participates in limited-time promotions and the current number of limited-time promotion products on the company's platform, as well as the time when user traffic is large, the diversity of product types, past sales, etc. time limit.


The company will provide the specific running time of the promotion after the "limited time promotion" is reviewed and approved (generally the review will be completed within 24 hours after submission).


Currently, approved limited-time promotions cannot be rescheduled to run for a different date or time. However, merchants can cancel limited-time promotions, but cancellation may negatively impact user perception and harm conversion rates.


4Intellectual property rights

The company has strict policies against counterfeit goods and intellectual property infringement.


If the Company determines that you are selling counterfeit products or products that infringe intellectual property rights, the Company may freeze or terminate your account, or withhold or forfeit payments to you.


4.1

The sale of counterfeit products or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of other entities is strictly prohibited

The sale of counterfeit products or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, is strictly prohibited. Product images and text must also not infringe the intellectual property rights of other parties.


Merchants who violate this policy will face violation warnings, product removal, and Company StandardsIndividuals will be adversely affected, payments will be withheld or forfeited, and other reasonable measures permitted by applicable law and deemed necessary by the Company. Repeated violations may result in the Company freezing or terminating the Merchant's account.

4.2

Merchants are responsible for providing evidence of product sales authorization

If a product is a counterfeit or infringes upon intellectual property rights, the merchant is responsible for providing evidence of authorization to sell the product.

4.3

Providing inaccurate or misleading evidence of sales authorization is strictly prohibited

If a merchant provides false or misleading evidence of authorization to sell a product, their account may be suspended.

5Performance

For merchants who receive orders, fulfilling them promptly and accurately is your top priority.

5.1

All orders must be fulfilled within 48 hours

If an order is not fulfilled within 48 hours after being released to the merchant, the order will be considered unfulfilled and the merchant will receive a violation warning. Repeated violations may result in the company freezing or terminating the merchant's account. Failure to fulfill The order will be paid for by the company, and the merchant needs to repay the funds paid by the company within 7 days, otherwise the company will confiscate all the merchant's property.
